Took our kids here to play at the play place since it’s so cold out side. Dorothy took our order. She was very pleasant and helpful with the order. Her team got the food out for my family of 4 before I could finish filling up my drinks. Excellent service. Had to go back because I forgot an item and again it was made super fast. They have great customer management compared to many fast food places I’ve been to. Good job!!

This Burger King location absolutely deserves five stars. The food was fresh, hot, and exactly how Burger King should be—juicy flame-grilled burgers, crispy fries, and everything made right. You can tell they actually care about quality here. What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff was friendly, patient, and genuinely welcoming, which makes a huge difference. Orders were taken quickly, everything was accurate, and the employees had a great attitude the whole time. It felt smooth and stress-free instead of rushed. I’m not sure if I just hit the right time or what but the food was so fresh and fantastic, it totally changed how I look at Burger King. This may sound stupid but I am dead serious. I got a Coke, fries and a bacon cheeseburger just to get some quick food. The fries were impossibly fresh and delicious. I didn’t even know Burger King had that potential with their fries. Bacon cheeseburger was equally awesome. Fresh. Great proportions. If yall don’t beleive me, check out my other reviews and you can see I am honest when things are not good. Bravo, hope this wasn’t just a fluke!

I ordered two of the honey mustard crispy chicken wraps at around 10:30 pm. I realize this is late at night, but I would still expect the chicken to be fresh. This was the worst chicken I have ever tasted. It was dry and chewy and almost inedible. I ate what I could, which wasn’t much, and gave the rest to my dog. So in the end, I was still hungry and I was angry that I spent $6.34 for a meal that was barely fit for human consumption. At least that made my dog happy. But totally unacceptable!!
