i will probably not visit this Whataburger again. i placed a mobile order at 11:48 pm, and did not receive (most of) my cold food until 12:50 am. the staffing issues here are so apparent. 2 people working a drive thru wrapped around the building and about 15 to 20 people in the lobby isn't working. when I arrived, the cashier told me she was clocking out and walked away. cool. This location used to be great, but over the last several years it has declined considerably in terms of service and food quality. I decided to give them one last chance today and they blew it. The lunch rush was over but the drive-thru was crowded enough to make me go inside and order takeout on the off chance that would have been faster. The complete opposite was true. Very disappointing experience. The customer service was poor from start to finish. I waited an extremely long time for my order, along with several other cars, with no communication or sense of urgency from the staff. When I finally received my food, it was cold and clearly had been sitting for a while.
