Used to be proud to tell people that we ate at steak and shake. Might as well Rename it to "FAKE & SHAKE" The employees at the drive thru.. no issues.. friendly and smiling. The food... come on! This is a DOUBLE??? NOW.. "WHERE'S THE BEEF?" There was more beef flavor in the skinny fries ( because of the tallow) than in the sandwich The shakes were on point

If you are ordering drive thru, check your oder before you go anywhere!! It took them three times to get my order right. And my fries are already staled, and they are willing to offer me fresh one but I will need to wait for another ten minutes. So guess what else is going bad? That's right, my burgers. So is it worth it? Maybe not.

Came on a Saturday at 7pm, fresh burger, fresh fries, polite staff, great family spot for dinner especially if avoiding seed oils.

Bitcoin Burger was👍 good! The only reason I'm giving it three stars. Otherwise dining room had a lot of tables that wasn't wiped down and they wasn't busy. staff had no customer service skills whatsoever. And everyone seemed confused when you ask a question. They didn't even know what size drink comes with a meal. I'm assuming they wasn't well trained. I definitely will come back to Steak and Shake but just not to this location.
