Got a spicy nugget, cheese fries, and a medium Dr Pepper. I check the bag after they gave me my food and it’s regular nuggets. I go thru drive through again they correct it. I get home open my cheese fries and there’s a fly on it. I get home and take a sip it’s some type of diet soda. Diet soda always makes my heart race and gives me hives. Nasty work.

I recently had one of the best fast-food experiences I can remember at Wendy’s, and what makes it even more impressive is that it all happened through the drive-thru. Usually, you expect drive-thru service to be quick but a little impersonal or rushed—but this experience completely flipped that expectation. From the moment I pulled up to the speaker, everything was smooth and efficient. The employee taking my order was clear, patient, and genuinely friendly. They made sure to get everything right the first time and didn’t rush me, even though there were cars behind me. That kind of attention

Was pulled in the drive through and sat for 10 minutes before I drive around and asked about my order for them to say “what did you have?” Then when I get my food none of it is right. Change your midnight crew they are hurting your business.
