This Upland store I frequent by my house! I always order Black ice coffee with cream..Im there every morning the coffee taste burnt smells sour I got a upset stomach after drinking there coffee! I bring it to the employees attention they just make new ones and the taste gets worse. Someone needs to look into what's going on at this location! Something is wrong with the coffee here! I can go to any location and it taste great this Upland location somethings wrong burnt smelly coffee chemically tasting, milk taste sour, muffins old stale, doughnuts served days old yuck!! Not coming back ever aga

Great place. The sandwiches are absolutely delicious — way better than expected. The coffee at this specific location is something special: rich, well-balanced, and honestly different from any other Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been to. The donuts were fresh, soft, and had an amazing, generous filling. Another big plus is the convenient location and easy parking — I pulled in, parked without any hassle, enjoyed my food, and left stress-free. Definitely coming back again.

Came in before closing and John was working at the time. He is one of the best workers I have ever encountered. Was super patient and nice to me. My girlfriend had a drink that was too milky and when I brought up the issue, he did not hesitate to remake the drink and had such a great attitude. Thank you John!!

3/5 the drive thru people needs to listen better. Wasting my tike to line up through drive thru and going back again to order what's missing. COLD FOAM FROL MATCHA DTINK NOWHERE TO BE FOUND too. Smh
