2-11-26 5's tonight all around! The food was great and the team was first class. Grand slam! 1-19-26 The team was really on their game tonight. Great food and great service! 1-7-26... Still great, but got more green tomatoes today. Please don't serve these, just say, "Sorry, sir, we're out of tomatoes today." Nice staff, but atrocious tomatoes. See pic. Are these safe to eat? I accidentally ate a little. Pray I don't perish!

Order online if you want the Night manager to completely refuse your order because they don't have the proper stock, and steal the rest of your money by refusing to give you the items they had in stock. If you want to order and be belittled while having your money stolen, feel free to stop on by here. Honestly could also do with a cleaning or a surprise inspection considering I can see the grease residue on the floor from the drive through. Used to love this restaurant but like most places in Alton the management has turned it into a crapshoot.

I just left this restaurant and there's a girl working the window with black curly hair she has a nasty attitude because I asked her for items that I paid for, but she didn't give me. But first of all she tried handing me someone else's order and I was like no that's not mine that's when she got an attitude why are you mad I'm trying to help you and I had a mobile order. The kids meal box wasn't secured right so my baby's food fell out the bottom. And my whopper was cold and the onions were old. Horrible horrible experience!!!

Hands down the best fast food experience I’ve ever had! Every item was hot, wrapped perfectly, and nothing spilled out of the bag. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. On top of that, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back! 💕
