Went through the drive through my biscuit for breakfast was just soaked in oil. I'm glad they used fresh eggs but my bacon was very hard. I ordered pull apart cinnabons and they were so dry. They should not make a sound when trying to pull them apart. Even drowning in the frosting so pop The pineapple energy drink. Tasted like pineapple soda and something I cannot describe. The only thing edible was my potatoes. Wish I could be refunded.

Who would spend almost $40 for 2 people to eat in such a cold, uncomfortable, sterile lobby? This is what all the fast food companies are doing now to make people not want to eat inside, or to shorten their visits as much as possible. The tray hardly even fits on the table while eating. This experience made me not just done with this Wendy's, but Wendy's in general. Not to mention their chicken nuggets are like the size of a quarter now, yet they cost more. Their loss, definitely not mine.

Went to alton illinois Wendy's 6-3-26, what a terrible experience, guy behind the counter had no idea what he was doing, he was handing out food to customers that wasn't theirs, my burger sat behind the counter for 10 minutes before I asked him if that was my burger, he said it might be and handed it to me, it was nasty, terrible management to let him try to figure it out on his own. I am a regular customer that eats there a couple of times a week.

Every time I’ve went there in the last year has been absolutely awful. Each employee acts offended to do their job. They hardly acknowledge you and speak with attitude when they finally look up from their phones. They throw your change on the counter rather than hand it to you. And they never have napkins, or silverware. Absolutely awful across the board. Sad too, used to be the best restaurant in woodriver for a few years.
