I work in fast food myself so I understand the frustration of being busy and getting a million doordashes. However, to serve this to somebody is unacceptable. It smelled burnt and it had the texture of charcoal. I ordered a large mango smoothie and only got a regular, the only decent thing about the order was the nuggets. To whoever cooked the burgers on 2/15/2024 at around 7 pm, you knew this was not acceptable and should have NEVER served this. EDIT FOR 5/6/2024. Decided to give this place a try again only to be disappointed, again. The staff was rude when I called and I was missing 4 nugge

Ordered a double filet fish sandwich well done. Well it was well done and then some. It was so hard I couldn’t even break a corner off. Also asked for extra tarter and didn’t get that either. Well done doesn’t mean cooked so hard it becomes a fish brick. What makes it worse is I live 9 miles away. Drove 9 miles home, 9 miles back to get a refund and then 9 miles back home. 27 miles total. Won’t return to this one. Also had to wait about 10 minutes. I was told the fries were cooked to order and it would be just over a minute left. The French fry station was off and fries were being put in the sandwich warmer. Won’t be returning for a long time
