Can't get the order correct my last 2 stops. Last time they didn't put fries in the bag. I even confirmed the order before I drove around because i could tell she didn't get it right. Cheese only/Plain with cheese it doesn't matter what you say (here or the 73rd location) 1/2 the time it won't be plain! Food is not hot like it was for many years- I guess all fast food is unreliable now unfortunately-This was one of the last places to still get good food for me I guess I'll make my own burger from now on- nobody has time to order twice, do better

Took forever taking and preparing order. Then our order was missing food. Called them, just wanted to let them know about it. They answered the phone but pretended that they can’t hear 😂 Don’t know how to count, don’t wanna talk with customer either.

Tried this Super Cool Retro burger joint yesterday! The fries were absolutely the best and the burgers tasted homemade & delicious. Definitely recommend the 1/2lb burgers because of the size! Perfect amount of food served for a great price. 10/10 would recommend this as a go to place when you're hangry. Come check them out! Loved the unique little place! 💕
