This will be my last visit to this location. For the second time in a row I received an order of cole slaw that was literally half full if that. Not only that but I ordered a chicken club but received a regular chicken sandwich. This plus a small fry was about $18. I know you have a lot of young kids working at your restaurant and mistakes happen but this isn't right. The cole slaw alone shouldn't be filled half way it was literally a few bites. Somebody must not be checking orders as I paid for the chicken club but did not receive one.

Still the best fresh burgers within a 10 mile radius! Haven’t received any coupons in the mail for a year but still worth every dollar! And the concrete mixers are the best dessert! Just wish their mobile app had a reward system like many others.

I recently went to Culver’s and had a really good experience overall. The food tasted fresh and better than most fast food places, especially the ButterBurger, which was juicy and flavorful. The fries were crispy, and everything came out hot. Their frozen custard was also a highlight—it’s super creamy and definitely stands out compared to regular ice cream. The service was friendly and the place was clean, which made it more enjoyable. It is a little more expensive than other fast food, but the quality makes it worth it.

Went to Culvers in Mundelein and ordered a medium chocolate shake. What I got was chocolate on top and vanilla on the bottom.
