First of all, the food portions are a huge joke. I ordered two 6 dollar biggie BADS and these spicy nuggets were no bigger than literal quarters while only filling 1/3 of the basket it comes in. The fry bags also felt filled 2/3 as well. I tried asking for a bbq sauce and they charged me 60 cents. My childs pre school gives free bbq sauce and they dont which is pretty embarrasing. Secondly, the food was literally room temperature, and defintely NOT fresh. Thirdly, these employees feel so money desperate. This location is AWESOME! Seriously was the best Wendy's I've ever been to. The food was prepared perfectly; I felt like I was actually eating the same Single with fries right out of a TV commercial or other advertisement. The taste was spot-on and, no hyperbole at all, was simply the best experience I've ever had at a Wendy's, hands down. The restaurant was spotless, the staff were all well trained and knowledgeable about their different roles, and I don't think I've ever had such a great experience at not just a Wendy's but at any fast food restaurant, period. I came to pick up my order and stood at the counter waiting to be helped. During that time, I could clearly see several employees inside talking to each other and not assisting customers. I waited at the counter for about five minutes and not a single employee acknowledged me or asked if I needed help. Eventually, I asked the man who appeared to be working at the counter — a tall man with a beard and long hair tied in a ponytail — why nobody had asked me what I was waiting for.
