A regular customer @ 605, I recently attended their special prix fixe Spring Dinner event (by reservation only). To kick off the experience, our dinner included a delicious amuse bouche, then a choice of flavorful appetizers, entrees and desserts. Thanks to sharing, I was able to taste it all. Every dish left me wanting more...even into the next day! Chef Gabriel is so talented, at a whole new level that extends beyond the regular menu & daily specials (also consistently delicious).
