Ordered some food today, a hot fudge sundae with *extra* hot fudge. From start to finish, the 2 ladies I encountered had attitudes and couldn't be bothered to say a single word to me, until I was handed the sundae, I asked if it was extra hot fudge as in the photos, there's barely a normal amount and she gave me a sassy response along the lines of "yes it's all on the top because all of the ice cream is all together" I don't even understand that explanation but she immediately walked away from me and let the window close on me. They have always been great to my family. They don't normally make order mistakes and they always have napkins in the bag. Lol they are kind and courteous. They listen and prepare my food perfectly every time I've gone there and that's been for about 2 years now. They accommodate me even if it's something a little out of the regular. I like eating here.

This location is one of the worst Mcdonalds I have been to. After waiting forever in the drive thru (while it was not very busy) Y'all tried to hand me someone else's food. Finally did get my food & it was wrong, not to mention had to ask me what I ordered so they made it on the spot incorrectly. I call and a guy answers, super short and quick with me. Asked for a refund & coupons, hung up before allowing me to give him any real info that would get me a refund. All he asked for was my name & address. The drive through is advertised as 24 hrs, but I've gone there multiple times now where a male employee will answer with it will be a few moments and never return. I've waited for 10 minutes, with no other customers there really shouldn't be a wait. I work second shift this use to be a quick meal on the way home, now it's not even worth the waste of time.
