Twice in a row I've unfortunately had a poor experience. A week ago, we placed a pick up order. When I went in I was given my bag only to realize it contained half of our items. I went back to get the rest of our order and didn't think much more about it. Tonight, however, I was very disappointed with my drive through experience. I placed my order, recognizing it was a very busy dinner rush. I paid at the window and took my place in a parking spot to wait for my order. Make sure to check the custard menu for the daily fresh made custard. It is pretty delicious, a vanilla scoop with raspberry topping in my opinion. You can really never go wrong with their butter burgers. They also have a vegetarian burger as well!

Stopped through the drive through to get a concrete mixer. (Raspberry cheesecake the best combo). Line was long but they got cars through fairly quick. Custard was a bit melted when I finally got to pay but still good.

Honestly the worst culvers I've ever had. I'm visiting from out of town for work and expected at least the normal quality and service. One of my burgers was overcooked, but somehow the other burger had a patty that was UNDERcooked. The staff was rude and they forgot the ranch for my cheesecurds. The buns tasted kind of stale/old and the only food that came out hot was my cheesecurds. Even though it only took them 5 minutes to bring out my food despite how busy it was. Just assuming they gave me food from an order somebody else never picked up. 3.5/10, don't see myself ever coming back h
