6/30/26 8:36pm. The young gentleman at the drive-thru had an excellent attitude. He knew exactly what he was doing, was very straightforward, and spoke in a respectful manner. Even with a long line of cars filling the drive-thru, he stayed calm, worked efficiently, and kept everything moving smoothly. RAW CHICKEN!! I came here late night on Dec 22, 2025 and ordered a grilled chicken tropichop. I never received a receipt. I got home and started to eat when I realized the chicken tasted unusual. I started inspecting it and realized it was RAWWWW!!! What makes this even worse, I called customer support, not wanting anything free or any compensation but my money back for their store serving me raw meat that can cause serious health issues. I had a very disappointing experience today at the drive-thru. The young man who took my order, Jonathan, was polite, professional, and simply doing his job. I specifically requested dark meat, and Jonathan clearly informed me that it would be a 20–25 minute wait. I told him that was perfectly fine because that's what my family prefers. A woman from the kitchen, whose name I don't know, came outside and began yelling at Jonathan in front of everyone in the drive-thru.
