I 6 days ago, had mouth surgery. So was 1st day i could try soft food. You listened when I said no tomato, and apple sauce rather than fries. Definitely not my usual! For an online order, thank you so much!

Our waitress was on point as she always is. There was an issue with one our meals so we decided we didn't want the rest of the meal. We also didn't want to make a big deal about it. I did inform the waiter & she ended up crediting the whole meal which she didn't have to do but she did and it was very much appreciated. We will definitely be returning again because we love the service food and of course the ice cream.

Ordered loaded waffle fries, it came in this tiny square box, i oredered a kids meal with sliders and waffle fries, and my childs meal waffle fries were the same size container as my loaded waffle fries?!! Are you kidding me? Wont let me post any photos. But how is a $15 order of waffle fries, the same size as a childs waffle fry in a kids meal? My childs meal was $10 , it came with 2 sliders, waffle fries, and a drink. So why were my loaded fries same exact size as childs portion in a kids meal? Ridiculous, will not ever be ordering from you ever again! Your prices are ridiculously overcharge

Told me I needed to stand in the half hour long ice cream line in order to pick up my to-go order, after I had already waited at the podium for 20 minutes waiting to be acknowledged. I could literally see my food sitting on the counter and asked if someone could please just either hand me my order or issue me a refund. Would you believe they’d rather issue a refund rather than simply hand me my food? Me neither. Seemed unnecessarily rude. Refund issued & a loyal customer lost. Do better Agawam Friendly’s, if I could have given you 0 stars, I would have🙂
