I will be back. Three rough visits in a row. I started to wonder if the mixers and gravy ladles had taken the week off. First issue. Concrete mixers not blended. One order included vanilla custard with mint Dove chocolate and Oreo. All the mint sat in the top quarter like someone sprinkled garnish and called the job finished. Second issue. Large mashed potatoes arrived with gravy the size of a ketchup packet. A large potato deserves more respect than a teaspoon of gravy. Third issue. Kids meals. Every time I come here, I realize why I don’t come to Culver’s. Ordered two simple sandwiches and had to wait in my car in the pick up lane for 15 minutes. Absolutely unacceptable. It’s great that they advertise made to order, but then close the drive-through lane. That is not fast food.

I will tell you this: I was in the other day to get dinner, and I still remembered that the service was exceptionally good, so I'm here to write a review. Both workers I interacted with were extremely polite. There were even fresh flowers in the men's bathroom. I wish all fast food places were like this one.

They have never messed up our order and we go here all the time. The food is always fresh. The service is always fast and the workers are helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is great the setup is good and there is plenty of room to sit. I will definitely be coming here even more!
