This was our second time to go to Reel Seafood. We were trying to think of a different place to go to celebrate our anniversary. We drove a little over an hour to get here. It was well worth the drive. We arrived at an off time for lunch but our server, Nolan, met us & seated us with a smile. We both had lunch special which was a 3 course meal with soup, salad & a half portion entree. The New England clam chowder was wonderful. Our food was cooked to order & was plenty for a meal. We sat at the bar and had a great experience overall. Christian was an absolute gem—attentive, friendly, and consistently amazing throughout our visit. The food was delicious, though it did take a bit longer than expected to arrive. That said, Christian really made up for the wait by taking great care of us and even crafting some custom drinks that were fantastic.

Went to Reel Seafood during Sip & Shop for appetizers and cocktails after seeing their advertised specials. When we asked the bartender about the specials listed on the flyer, she said we had missed happy hour. I explained that I was referring to the Sip & Shop specials shown on the flyer. I was literally holding it & she took it from me, glanced at it & handed it back; adding she didn’t know anything about it and could not honor any of the specials listed. The flyer specials had nothing to do with happy hour & did not end until 9. What disappointed us the most was the complete lack of effort
