Horrible experience. My family and I were “helped” by Jason, and the customer service was completely unacceptable. We had already placed our order, but before I told him we were finished, I showed him a code I had on the app. He responded with an attitude, saying, “You should have given that to me before ordering.” I replied, “Oh, I’m sorry. If I could give it zero starts I would, came a few days after ordering and having my burger done wrong and burnt and the manager Rosie instead of having basic customer service skills decided to ruin my day over a burger, I showed her pictures of the food being made the wrong way and said I had called prior so they were aware of my receipt, I offered to just pay for the burger because I had already drove there.. however this was the rudest interaction I’ve ever had as long time customer of Burger King, will never be returning to this location, after remaking my burger with an attitude you can g

⭐ Absolutely Appalling Wait Time! I placed an online order at this Burger King location and was told to expect a quick pickup, as is the entire point of ordering ahead at a fast-food restaurant. Instead, I was forced to wait for an unbelievable 45 minutes for my food to be prepared. A 45-minute wait for a mobile order is completely unacceptable, especially for a restaurant that is supposed to be "fast." My time is valuable, and this level of incompetence and slow service is a complete failure of the online ordering system and the store's operations. I will not be returning to this location and

Burger Kings have lacked excitement for a long time! Since the new or existing CEO of BK upped their game with only fresh ingredients & burger half covered wrapper in a box, it was the best burger we've had from BK in a long time. It tasted fresh, instead of sitting under their warmer forever. Great job guys, keep it up!
