I recently ordered a small catering order from this KFC location for a family gathering, and I honestly could not have been happier with the experience. First off, the pricing was extremely affordable for the amount of food we received, which honestly saved me so much time, stress, and money from having to cook for everyone myself. The food was fresh, and hot! What really made the experience stand out to me, though, was the customer service. Asked for no pickle and saw pickle on my sandwich... my kid meal is ordered wasnt in the bag & I ordered BBQ sauce but somehow I saw sweet n sour sauce. And my fries definitely were not new just sitting there & there wasnt a rush or line of cars. I worked fast food before im not stupid . I wouldnt recommend this place

Order the $11 box special was asked to pull up and wait five minutes. Had to go inside and ask for sauce for the New fried pickles and younger girl was very rude and stated the sauce was in the box. Get home and no sauce that I asked for in the box. Definitely will make sure to check the order next time instead of trusting their word.

I went and picked up food there today I specifically asked for a 16 piece bucket to be made fresh the lady taking my order came with an attitude and replied everything is fresh here when I got my food this chicken has been sitting for at least three hours, it’s soggy falling apart and just sad and it seemed like because I asked for it to be fresh. She kept trying to rush me through the drive-through if I want something fresh, I don’t think it should be that big of a deal. But lady take my order definitely did not have a good attitude.
