They made me mad. I took grandson after school. He used his app to get free big mac. We were told they were being inspected and it would be 15 minutes. Now I've been a store manager and assistant manager of fast food and never during inspection do you have to stop routine business. So not sure what that was about. Had to go to the other McDonald's.

Terrible service. Nobody knows what to do. Asked for a hot fudge sundae and this is what I got. Barely a smidge of hot fudge! McDonald’s needs to hire more intelligent workers. Thank goodness this is not a place I shop often. Just had a craving for hot fudge and got crap. Not only that, first they took forever then the little dude comes out with a caramel order which I guess he wanted in the first place because as I leave he says he’s going to snack on it. Another reason to never shop this place again anywhere in Oklahoma

I very clearly ordered 2 double cheeseburgers with meat and cheese only. Both of my burgers were smothered with onions. Not only did I not get a receipt, but I also called 4 times and got no response...the fun part is this...I'm allergic to onions...thankfully all I have to deal with is some upset stomach issues when I eat onions accidentally...so I wasted my time, my money AND YOU RISKED somebody's health. This is unreal. There were roughly 20 onions hidden in between the patties on both burgers. A large enough amount that it was no accident. I don't know how much simpler I can make my order.
