Fabulous discovery in Margate, away from the manic touristic seafront. A more local place, with super friendly staff and easy options for food. We ordered baked potatoes and the servings were massive and very filling. We weren't tempted to compete in the eating contest promoted on the wall though!! That looks insane 😀

I was sceptical.. but I was really pleasantly surprised! Got a breakfast baguette and expected a basic sandwich that will fuel me for the day. Instead I got bacon that was crispy without being dry, sausages that were slightly crisp on the outside while juicy and soft on the inside and eggs that were cooked perfectly. All finished off in a baguette that had a slight crunch, warm and soft enough to not cut the roof of your mouth. Honestly grab one of those bad boys, stroll down to the sea and you will have the perfect breakfast with a view!!
