Stopped into Sorella’s today and had a great experience. Great Neapolitan-style pizza coming out of a true wood-fired oven. The sauce is fresh and uncooked with just a touch of salt, nice balance of acidity and sweetness. Fresh mozzarella is creamy and rich, and the basil adds a subtle floral note. The dough is well fermented, light, and flavorful. Solid, well-executed pie. The garlic bread with Boursin and mozzarella was excellent, crispy, garlicky, and properly seasoned. I went here for Pratt Street Restaurant week. The tasting menu was awesome! Great appetizer choices, the chicken parm was delicious, and the cannolis were to die for. We also had the tiramisu which was rich and decadent. Definitely will be back!
