Rischart is one of the most famous bakeries in Munich and it truly lives up to its reputation. I visited this branch and it was quite full, which says a lot about its popularity. I tried their well known gingerbread cookies and they were really good. Fresh, flavourful, and very satisfying. It is great to see a local concept grow and become loved by people from all over the world. Definitely worth a visit when in Munich.

Unfortunately, our experience at Rischart was far below expectations. The staff were quite rude and unfriendly. Prices were excessively high considering the overall service quality. On top of that, charging customers to use the restroom was really disappointing. In a touristic city like Munich, especially from such a well-known business, we expected a much more welcoming and customer-oriented experience.
