An outstanding experience by all standards! We ordered three different dishes, and each one was fresh and full of delicious flavors, beautifully presented in an appetizing way. The drinks were refreshing and paired perfectly with the food. This wasn’t my first visit, and it definitely won’t be my last, thanks to the consistently high quality and excellent service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

We came on Monday around 4pm, it was very busy as nearly the full house (2nd floor area). We were promptly seated by a lovely young lad and he looked after us really well. He took the order without writing anything down and remembered every single thing which was impressive. We weren't sure how to remember the names of the cakes as we don't speak German and he suggested to take pictures of what we wanted which I thought was really smart. Everything here comes in huge portions for us Asians, so I’d recommend ordering little by little first. The food was absolutely delicious, but we couldn’t finish everything. Also, if you need to use the restroom, you can ask the staff — they will provide a free restroom access token/ticket for you.

This is one of the best Richard branches. If you go to the upper floor, you can enjoy a lovely view of the old town square. The staff wear traditional Bavarian clothing, and the café has a cozy, warm atmosphere. Almost everything here is very tasty, although it’s a bit more expensive, which is probably due to its location. I’ve tried other food items here before as well, and we liked them. The elevator does not fully cover access to the upper floor, so if you have a stroller or a wheelchair, it’s best to coordinate with them in advance.
