It's a real shame to have to write this review, because last year we dined at La Voladora and left delighted, eager to return. However, this second visit was a huge disappointment. As soon as we arrived, we were informed that they didn't have any fish served as individual portions. There was no cod or any other single-serving option, only pieces weighing around 1.5 kilos. I find this hard to understand in a restaurant of this caliber, especially when there are customers with specific dietary needs. A good restaurant in the city center, on Bonifaz Street, an area with many excellent restaurants, by the way. This is probably the most "Santander-esque" of them: a small place with a modern nautical theme, offering a good selection of appetizers, fish, and meat dishes.
