Really good service. Lady had a warm welcome and very conscientious. Male server was good and alert. Loved the service and the food was brought out promptly and was delicious. Only thing was i was a little disappointed in the amount of rice noodles you got with my Beef brisket pho. Rice noodles is cheap so put a nit more to bump up the portion. Overall enjoyed it and will be back.

Had a great first visit at Pho, St James Quarter today. I ordered the spicy chicken pho and crispy pork spring rolls—both were absolutely delicious. Special thanks to Inan for the great recommendation and friendly service. Sam was very welcoming, and the overall service was excellent. I’ll definitely be coming back. Plus, they offer a student discount, which is a big bonus !

We had a brilliant lunch the other day at Pho Edinburgh. The restaurant itself has a lovely atmosphere with the Vietnamese decor, whilst the food is some of the most authentic Vietnamese cuisine we’ve had in the UK. Our server Inan was also so nice and accommodating. Even though the restaurant was quite busy he made sure ourselves and the tables around us were attended to. All in all a great place to eat if you’re in Edinburgh, we will definitely be back!

The food is delicious and service, excellent. We had the spicy noodle soup with brisket, pho with garlic steak and spring roll with chicken. Both the broths were rich in flavor but not over the top. The place is also priced reasonably compared to other places in the area. I would go back to try more dishes here.
