Usually stop by Tim Hortons in the evenings after work, and honestly it’s become part of my routine. The staff are always polite and welcoming, even when it’s busy. The service is fast, the place is clean, and the coffee is always fresh. It’s a nice, comfortable spot to relax and unwind after a long day. Really happy with the experience every time I visit!

2nd review I decided to give Tim Hortons another chance the very next day—and unfortunately, the same issue happened again. My pre-order still wasn’t made. At the drive-thru, they asked me to pull forward and wait, which again defeats the entire purpose of pre-ordering. When I asked about the process, they told me I need to stop at the mic and inform them about my mobile order. That makes no sense—if I’ve already pre-ordered, why isn’t it showing in your system automatically? Clearly there’s some kind of glitch or poor coordination happening at this location. Very rude customer service please put any polite employees on drive thru specially its just the start of the day. Firstly even on the screen when u ask about something there answers are no,i dont know or just ignore or if you ask anything on the window byanychance the answer will i have a lineup and what i asked is just a paestry Never coming to this location again 🙏🏻
