I visited Tim Hortons around 6:30 PM on Saturday and ordered some drinks and food. I would like to compliment the two girls palak and dipti who were working at that time. They provided excellent customer service, were friendly, polite, and handled my order efficiently. The food and drinks were prepared well, and the overall experience was very pleasant. Everytime I’ve been to this Tim Hortons they are out of their main ingredients and refuse to make more, and employees have admitted they just “don’t feel like making more” despite saying I don’t mind waiting . The employees make their own policy on when they serve certain things and stop serving food an hour or more before they close. Being the only customer in store at times I wait while employees finish their own personal conversations before taking my order. I’ve worked at a Tim’s Hortons and did not know employees get to choose and pick when they want to do their job. Regularly I wouldn’t

Person used the same gloves after touching his headset … even counter wasn’t clean before making my wraps… really unhygienic place.. this is what i get after waiting 20 mins and the thing was nobody was infront of me…

Great service and very friendly staff. The store has a nice ambiance, is clean and well organized, and the merchandise are easy to see and choose from.
