This has got to be my favourite Caffe Nero that i have ever been to, or at least one of the very few elite to date! The staff are amazing, so warm, friendly & welcoming, my drink was made to perfection, & the slice of coffee cake I had, sheer heaven, so fresh yet moist & so light. Such an atmospheric place to be, very calm, lots of clean tables to sit at, and the customers were relaxed ones, I can't wait to return as this is my 1st visit to Andover in 24yrs!

Antonio and the team are lovely and friendly. I’ve witnessed such kindness and understanding to a customer with dementia. None judgemental. As a nurse it makes my heart happy to see such understanding from the younger generation. They always make myself and my dog Lola welcome. Lola drags me on for her pup cup. Congratulations to Antonio on his promotion. It’s certainly well deserved. Keep the hard work up guys. You’re making a difference and touching lives.
