I love cafe nero but they really need to refurb their entire chain of coffee shops. Staff ask multiple times for order why not just ask one person at a time? And still they get it wrong. Great location this one and bonus of small outside seating area (if you dont mind car wash noise next door). Food AWFUL in nero who used to have best apricot croissants until they stopped doing on site. Still the best coffee around for me but boy the prices!!!

Long and thin shop layout and possibly feel a little cramped when busy. Staff were friendly enough, cappuccino was ok. There is a smallish savoury food unit, so I can see it running low in busy times (but I was able to get my fav bacon in a bun, so that was good). Toilet was fairly clean when I visited. There is a small outside seating bit at the back as well. Dog friendly

I d love to say I like Caffè Nero’s coffee, it has been great and my go-to coffee shop for years!!! The female barista I assume she is the manager, I feel really uncomfortable with her, her attitude and miserable energy, awful!. I would never go back to Barnes’s Nero, never again! I do not understand why she is placed in that position.
