A huge thanks to the team at Birkenhead Nero for making this such a friendly place to come. Manageress & girl with glasses staff member go mental at me having the " gawl " to have a chicken shop nugget inside cafe nero in a bag. If you had loads of saus rolls & dinner in bags id understand... If this event wasnt so sad & pathetic / annoying ,it would be almost comical . It shows how STAFF think now that they can say what they want to customers & get away with it. Keep in mind the guys who work there ive never had a problem with & theyre cool...i go in there maybe once a week & the food is sugary & expensive . Dear Customer Service Team, I am writing to raise a concern about customer service at the Caffè Nero store in Birkenhead, England. I have been a regular customer at this branch for approximately 13 years and, until recently, I have generally found the staff to be polite and the environment welcoming.
