Having visited the corporation street branch today, I felt the staff were incompetent in customer service. I ordered a normal hot chocolate & a deluxe hot chocolate but the deluxe hot chocolate cup was half empty. The taste is generally really nice but today I found the drink to be cold & taste inconsistent. I felt the staff were not welcoming and lacked basic customer service manners. To be honest I felt disrespected. There was no apology for the delayed making of my order which took way longer than should have. There was no hi, bye or apologies for the delays. I've noticed pictures of the good reviews are not this cafe nero. This cafe Nero is opposite house of Fraser. If you are leaving a review this cafe Nero has tram tracks outside. I don't usually leave poor reviews but a few things about this cafe Nero; 1) there is only one accessible working plug socket 2) the app codes intermittently work. They have internet issues. Most people only go there for that. There are better coffee shops e.g. 92 degrees, Wayland's yard, nearby. 3) the toilets always have a weird unhygienic smell. 4) The staff consist of usually a polite lovely younger member and an

I usually never complain, as I understand what it is like working in a retail setting. However, I am more than appalled. When walking into the store, the first thing I could not ignore was the strong smell of urine. The floor was also dirty and had debris on it. When approaching the counter, I noticed a significant build-up of dust under the glass, which clearly reflected the level of care taken in the cleanliness and upkeep of the store.
