Good atmosphere great manager by the name of Gabe, nothing is too much trouble for him. All the staff are pleasant. It has been my go too coffee shop for many years. I have visted numerous Cafe Nero establishments over the last 40 or so years and the Bolton shop is up there with the best 👌

Unpleasant staff who only serve at the coffee counter, everything else customers have to deal with themselves. Dirty tables with spilled coffee, food crumbs, and even used dishes left behind – coffee cups and dessert plates often stay on the tables. The place feels neglected. The coffee and desserts are good, but poor service and cleanliness ruin the overall experience. Disappointing.

They do the best sausages in ciabatta, perfectly done every time. The mango and passion fruit was lush. I usually don't go for these drinks but it was so hot. Reason for 4 stars is because they don't give out stamp cards and I spend a lot of money there
