The service we had from Brentwood Cafe Nero today was absolutely un acceptable. We asked for a vanilla matcha and the lady who offered it was very rude to us. Atleast she could have smiled when offering a drink to her customers.

Highly recommend. I came into the shop with my family today for a last minute coffee and cake. Service from Edyta and Irina was great, very friendly, offered recommendations, was happy even though it was close to closing time. Will happily pop back.

Regular customer but consistently disappointed with how customisation requests are handled. This morning I ordered a soy vanilla latte with one pump of vanilla, confirmed with the barista it had been added — it clearly hadn't. This isn't the first time. Staff being dishonest when asked directly is what pushed me to leave a review. Have raised it formally with customer care and hope the branch management addresses it.

I work opposite and pop in often for a falafel wrap and a coffee. It’s always busy and the attitude of the staff is amazing. You can feel the great energy from the manager (I assume this lady is the manager as I see her lead great!) definitely a great asset to the company.
