The weather was extremely hot today, and I originally wanted an iced coffee. Unfortunately, this branch had no ice, so they couldn't serve any cold drinks. ​I didn't really mind at first, but the female staff member's deeply annoyed expression made me incredibly uncomfortable. ​I have never encountered such a terrible attitude before. I hope Caffè Nero’s upper management will properly retrain your staff so they can understand what proper customer service actually means.

Lovely coffee and nice peaceful atmosphere. The lady with the glasses and long red hair in a ponytail is wonderful. She always makes the most perfect coffees, is friendly and welcoming. The staff here all work very hard. I always look forward to coming here❤️

Nero at Meadowhall has really gone downhill. The place is dirty, tables are constantly covered in cups and rubbish, and it just feels neglected. I spent over 15 minutes in the queue today, and by the time I got served the whole area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in hours. It used to be a nice stop for coffee, but it’s honestly becoming a bit of a dump. Definitely needs better management and some attention to basic cleanliness and service

Do not order something that the person in front of you in the queue has ordered!!! I ordered a Mango and Passion Fruit drink, which was what the person in front of me ordered and the server did was add more juice to their jug and watered it down. It didn't taste nice, was very watery and will definitely not order again. Disappointed he couldn't have made the 1st customers and then mine separately.
