A lively, well-frequented franchise café. As part of a chain, it inevitably lacks individual character, but the staff were very friendly and remained welcoming despite a heavy workload that day. They had a nice selection of baked goods and food display was well stocked. Unfortunately, the coffee preparation area was in poor condition. Old coffee grounds and residues were visible on the counters, grinders, espresso machines and glassware. A steam wand should be wiped after every use. The staff here are consistently lovely and friendly. What sets them apart is their exceptional service; if something I've ordered isn't available, they always call to offer alternatives—a rare and appreciated touch! While the staff remain top-notch, the menu seems more limited than before, especially regarding vegan options. Also, the inability to add extra syrup to coffees anymore is a real bummer for those of us who enjoy sweeter drinks. Overall while the the staff and service remain excellent the limited menu and lack of syrup options have impacted my visits. I hope to see more vegan choice
