The staff are all lovely in this branch, but Caroline stands out above them all. Her friendly tone and polite manner do not go unnoticed. She will go above and beyond and just brightens your day. She knows the regulars by name and will also ask how they are, what they are up to, and tells them to enjoy their day. She is a credit to this branch and company.
