Would not stamp card because we used nectar vouchers, which are not free but paid for with Nectar points so at best discounted, very mean only came here because the one we wanted was shut. Busy because other, non chain, places shut which is odd given early afternoon on a Thursday and is probably why non chain places suffer poor business being unreliable. Oh and probably the worst coffee we have had in a Nero which is usually ok. Personally if there is a choice that is open probably give this one a miss.

Popped in to grab a coffee before meeting friends. There were dirty plates, cups, glasses on most tables. Staff just didn’t appear bothered. I won’t be going in there again anytime soon.
