I usually get my favorite coffee from Nero because I appreciate the quality of their beverages. I am a fan of Nero Café. On March 2, 2026, around 10 minutes ago, I visited the Nero Café in Edgware. Unfortunately, the lady working there, who has brunette hair and glasses, was quite rude during my visit. I clearly specified that I wanted an iced oat latte. However, at the same time, a child was talking to her, and she began conversing with him in a different language while leaving me waiting. Extremely bad experience. Very rude staff and disrespectfull. Both girls there are clueless if more than 1 customer comes at the counter. Especially the girl name Tara is really rude and unprofessional. She can’t make the drink right and when you bring it to attention they start blaming and disrespecting. Refunded my order and went to Costa.
