Livio F★This place is nothing to write home about. In my humble opinion, it is not very clean. The reason I (used to ) go here is because of the nice bartender working there. He has long hair and he's always nice and respectful. Therefore, I decided to become a regular customer. I value his smile , his gentle demeanor, and the way he speaks to customers. Unfortunately, today I had a very bad experience with a lady working there,, which made me feel uncomfortable and wrong to such an extent that I left immediately. I think that managements know about customer satisfaction and how customers can be l
Theo Shallcross★★★★I visited Caffè Nero with my mum for a morning coffee (and a cheeky Cappuccino cake)! I have to say our cake was by far one of the best coffee cakes I have had - really nice flavours. The latte was also very tasty and just to our liking, not too strong or milky. The main area that lets this very nice coffee shop down is that the interior is slightly tired in parts and the toilets could definitely be cleaner. I wouldn’t say it was dirty by any means - the toilet and upstairs just isn’t particularly clean. However the staff are always pleasant and overall it’s one of the nicest coffee shops In

Only one young male barista is serving, smiling and joking with an older male customer, with a queue building up. Both men seem oblivious to the queue in which I am 3rd in line. Barista stamps the older male customer's loyalty card 3 times (he bought 2 drinks) - I'm not particularly bothered by that but include it here as it provides a stark contrast with the rude and peremptory way in which I was served. My turn to be served. 'Yes?' says the
