Sunday morning coffee. Unfriendly manner from staff. Internet connection was non existent as per usual. I feel at the moment there is current lack of awareness towards the customer and this is a reflection on the poor atmosphere. I’ve been a frequent customer for many years and has definitely not always been like this.

Went last Saturday and it seemed to be staffed by just one person. But even though there was a constant queue she had a smile and a positive attitude. Well done 👍

Service was okay but the staff have to pay closer attention to the overall cleanliness of the store especially since the store wasn’t that busy at all. Dirty cups were piled up in a table and the toilet really needed upkeep.

This has become about the worst Nero you could find. The staff's attitude is awful, the queue times are appalling and the presentation of the cafe is poor. I'm afraid even the espresso is bad (rushed and watery), and that's the one reason I pick Nero.
