Kiana Rosina★Pork sausage rolls weren’t defrosted properly causing food poisoning! We ordered two sausage rolls, one hot and one cold. My partner was in the middle of eating the ‘hot’ one and whilst he was complaining they didn’t warm it up properly, he found ice inside. Unfortunately it was too late for him to realise and he had already consumed half of it. We took my cold (ready to eat) sausage roll out of the bag and it was completely frozen, rock hard and covered in ice. This was 5 days ago, we immediately contacted Cafe Nero customer service and despite them saying they would call us yesterday - no
