I’ve been a regular customer at this Caffè Nero, but this is the third time I’ve received a drink that wasn’t made well. I ordered a takeaway hot chocolate with oat milk which is my usual order everywhere, but this time it tasted quite strange, with a strong oat milk smell and hardly any chocolate flavour. When I opened the lid after it cooled down, it looked more like plain heated milk with maybe just a bit of chocolate powder in it. It’s disappointing, especially for a takeaway, as I had already walked a long way and couldn’t go back to get it remade. I really like this place otherwise, bu

Last week Thursday I received the best customer service. The staff were very kind and helpful even though they had been broken into. The team were so friendly and told me to come back later on. They cleaned up the store super fast and made sure it was safe for customers. Thomas Fields review was not understanding to the store and they explained really well what had happened. Well done!
