I come in here all the time as a regular customer. The coffee is always nice and Nero has a big selection available for various drinks and food too. The staff are great, friendly and nice to chat to. Both Nero branches in Malvern are good, I particularly like this one due to its scenic location and close proximity to the hills. It feels really cozy in here when the weather is rough outside too so bonus points there.

Service was slow with only 2 members of staff on a Saturday. I had to clean our own table before sitting down. Used the toilets which were in a state. The full cafe needs a deep clean. Coffee was good. Hot chocolate wasn’t. Bacon roll was very very tuff. Shame.

Unfortunately Caffe Nero in Great Malvern has seen better days.I now go down the road to Papa's that is much better. I avoid all fast food chains like the plague.

The cheesecake was disappointing and only a 3/10. The toilets weren’t clean and the toilet seat was very loose. It could be nice again but is all overdue a refurbishment, flaking paint on the ceiling of a food establishment is a no no! I wouldn’t return in its current guise I’m afraid!
