Asked for strawberry vanilla matcha drink. Only given Vanilla. No receipt given. Woman more bothered that I have loyalty card, three app together... I won't come back here ever again. Sooner use Costa , at least I'm served what I ordered and feel valued. Music is too loud in the place too. So you can't really make calls for work and have a quiet drink here.

really busy on a saturday and a lot of dirty tables, this lady was painting her toes on the cafe table - appreciate that the staff can’t do anything about it but this was disgusting got a iced strawberry matcha latte, as expected from a chain cafe

Ordered 2 iced drinks and 2 desserts. Saturday morning rush, queue out the door. Baristas on shift handled it very well and service was impeccable. I was served by True today. Absolutely lovely, positive attitude, and an asset to the team.

Amazing coffee, the barista Libby is very skilled at making cortados (a drink I find difficult to order because of it's difficulty to do well) with amazing artwork on each of her coffees, the rest of the staff do an amazing job at keeping a clean and beautiful coffee shop. The only downside I'd say is the size of the tables making it difficult to sit down and play the card games that my friends and I are interested, otherwise an amazing location to go and visit.
