Me and my partner came for a quick drink before starting work. I bought a hot chocolate with cream the cream was sour which ruined the hot chocolate you can tell they don’t rinse the top of the whipped cream after use! My partner ordered a latte which was just pure foam the milk was burnt it wasnt a latte at all it was more like a cappuccino. we paid for a large latte and hot chocolate we may aswell have got a small as the hot chocolate ended up over flowing and the latte was half foam

Had such a great visit at Caffè Nero Halifax, I come here regularly but unfortunately there was a woman who disrupted the service by being incredibly rude to one of the staff members who’s one of the best workers there. and while he tried to be very respectful she continued to berate him, which was very hard to watch. Unfortunately I left right after this incident as I could not watch this happen. Staff members should be treated with respect. This woman had no class or dignity or coffee shop etiquette whatsoever.

By far the worst cafe Nero i've been to, I visit a cafe nero atleast x1 per day & i aways have a good experience. The male worker was exceptionaly rude towards me, is ethic was lazy & he did not offer me the winter blend, i requested winter blend & my own reusable cup to go, he ignored me, when he gave me the latte which was not Brazil blend & was to sit in , i asked him if he was joking & he replied, there is no need to talk to me like that, he aggressively poured my drink into my cup & I declined & reminded him cafe nero is usualy hand crafted, he tuted & rudely replied with i can do it agai
