Don't like to have a go but the service is shoddy. Staff chatting whilst a queue forms, dirty tables left uncleared and uncleaned etc. The coffee is great.

Been here so many times. This is my parking spot while the shopping trip is too long for my liking. I prefer Nero Coffee to Costa and these are the only options at the Gallery. Service is OK but queue can seem slow. Tables not alway spotless. Still, the coffee is great and there is good selection of cakes and sandwiches.
