Quiet and pleasant atmosphere, good service but occasionally slower than expected, yet it pays off with tasty drinks and bakery. Equipped for remote work with separate tables where you can work your laptop, though there is some limit in spaces. There are also tables for 2 or around 3-4 people. Quite demanded due to location: close proximity to student accommodations. However, it is relatively quoted as compared to a similar coffee shop in the city centre though is located quite near the City Hall and Millennium Square

Pretty much all of my Caffè Nero reviews involve me complaining about everything, this particular location is the exception. The staff are amazing, friendly, accommodating and recommend some great tweaks to menu drinks (the Mango & Passion Fruit Fruit Booster but with cream so it's like a liquid Solero is genius), the ambience is nice, it's clean (a rarity for Nero in Leeds) and is just a generally nice place to be. Thanks!

One of my favorite Nero in Leeds. Good location, next to Leeds Uni Cityside student accommodation so every time I go I could see a lot of students with their laptop. It is very spacious with high ceilings so it has wonderful sunshine during good days. Fab staff and tasty coffee. I really enjoy the cozy vibe in the cafe.

This was one of the most unpleasant café experiences I’ve had. I visited this Caffè Nero and politely requested a decaf coffee to be prepared correctly due to a heart condition, asking that the portafilter be cleaned beforehand to avoid cross-contamination with caffeinated coffee. This is a reasonable request and one that other Caffè Nero branches routinely accommodate without issue. The response from staff was defensive, dismissive, and increasingly aggressive. When I explained that the request was for medical reasons, the situation escalated rather than being handled with any professionali
