We used to love coming here, but lately it's become ridiculous. Slices of cake are now so thin they're basically transparent, and these are the squashed croissants we were served today. Honestly, who would serve that?? The prices keep going up and the quality keeps going down.

Nero Lichfield is always very good. It is very popular so you sometimes have a 5 or 10 minute wait. The coffee is worth waiting for. The staff are always pleasant and very helpful. Thank you ❤️☕️

So, I don't drink coffee, but Café Nero remains my favourite place to get a good vegan hot chocolate! There's oat, coconut or soya milk and lots of syrups to choose from. This branch can get really busy, but there's comfortable seating, (plus wall plugs!) really friendly staff, and some great food and cake options too.

So treated myself to a Cafe Nero on Uber, thought nothing of it at first. However, when I received my order my drink was spilt and my cinnamon roll was burnt.. I will never order from here again... 👎
